成型井壁保护措施中温控孔系统设计探讨

Design of Temperature Control Hole System in Protection of Forming Wall

摘要:

在普通凿井施工遇到施工困难转入冻结法凿井施工时,须对普通法施工的成型井壁采取防冻害保护措施。采用温控孔控制冻结锋面向内发展是行之有效的方法,但目前温控孔系统设计没有规范和理论支撑。本文借助有限元数值模拟软件-ANSYS针对温控孔的设计进行了初步研究,总结温控孔设计方法。

Abstract:

When ordinary method changes in freezing method in coal mine construction, antifreeze protection measures must be taken for the forming wall in common construction method. The effective method is the temperature control hole controlling the development of freezing front, but there are no specifications and theoretical supports for the temperature control hole design in protection of the forming wall. With the help of the finite element numerical simulation software-ANSYS, the article has done a preliminary study about design of the temperature control hole in Tashidian air shaft construction, and summarizes the design method.
